Our little guy is getting so big!! I wish I could freeze time.
Here's some tidbits about him at 15 months:
Here's some tidbits about him at 15 months:
-Jedi took 3-4 steps to Brandon from me. He's a very cautious boy (like his Daddy) and although we know he could walk if he wanted to, he just isn't willing to risk it yet, but this is showing some bravery on his part!
-He had 2 molars come in this month (his 9th and 10th teeth). There were a couple days that he had a small fever, no appetite, was pretty pitiful, and was fussy when nursing.
-Gives high fives now.
-LOVES to walk (holding someone's fingers or behind his walking toy) & cries hard when it's time to stop (this boy just loves to have fun likes his Momma does).
-Loves looking at pictures in mommy's flip photo album
-A couple weeks after he took steps from Brandon to me, he took 3-4 steps to Brandon from a table on his own. Another brave feat.
-Had a Croup Cough and was on steroids for treatment.
-He is possibly transitioning to one nap (he's been taking two (2) hour naps a day) because he's starting to really fight the 2nd nap. But when he has missed the 2nd nap, he has gotten overtired and one night he went completely off the rails crying for 2 hours at 2:30am. So I'm really trying to stick with two naps as long as I can. He just needs his sleep or he's not a happy camper (also like Momma).
-He's eating more & more foods, although like most toddlers, something he eats one day, he refuses the next. It's a constant frustrating battle to feed him good, healthy foods. His favorites are still bread, cheese& yogurt. He also continues to nurse three times a day.
-About a week after he voluntarily took a couple steps to Brandon, he walked across the room on his own several times (!) at our Group Study. Apparently our friend Jim looked inviting enough to walk to.
